一、新型柴油发电机使用手册
1、新的柴油发电机在初始运行的50小时内，建议将负载控制在额定功率的80%以下，并严格遵循制造商的磨合要求，以优化发动机的长期可靠性和运行效率。
2、用于工程机械的柴油发电机，在最初的50小时内应在部分负载（建议额定功率的50%~80%）下运行，避免长时间怠速或突加负载，以确保发动机良好磨合。
3、根据规范要求进行日常维护保养，使用新设备后需检查油压表、温度表、警示灯及其他仪器，确保其正常运作。
4、未添加润滑油的油底壳需要按照规定添加润滑剂；如果冷却系统已经充满冷却液，则必须检查冷却剂的性能，如不符合要求，应将其放掉，并重新添加符合标准的冷却剂。

二、柴油发电机的启动
1、应先将柴油发电机负载断开。
2、请旋转启动按钮以启动柴油发电机。（为了防止启动器损坏并保护蓄电池，每次启动的时间不得超过30秒，且连续两次启动之间需间隔至少2分钟）。
3、油压表的读数必须在启动后15秒内显示出来。
4、柴油发电机冷启动后，转速应该逐步提高，以确保轴承获得充分的润滑，并保持油压的稳定。
5、空转3到5分钟后，再进行加负载运行。
